It's easy to forget to eat when you're a 24-hour party person, but with so much on offer in Leeds, it's time for a reassessment.
First, your hangover. Forget the clichéd fry-up and drag yourself to Maureen's (105 Roundhay Road, 0113 240 6006) for some West Indies-style comfort food. If you can drag yourself out of bed that early or if, more likely, you're still up, it opens at 9am.
Maureen takes Sundays off, but with no rest for the wicked, turn to The Roundhay Fox (Princes Avenue, 0113 246 3090) for some soul-restoring grub. No need to root around in the bins; urban foxes should head inside for a sumptuous Sunday lunch in front of the crackling fire.
Meanwhile, vegetarians may have to forgo the carvery but are sure to get the last laugh at Hansa's (72-74 North Street, 0113 244 4408) where award-winning Indian cooking makes mincemeat out of the competition without a dead thing in sight.
