Oslo

Oslo is like a big warm cave, which is nice, if slightly surreal. It's like a sixties remake of Journey to the Centre of the Earth, but much cooler because there's beer and no volcanic activity. Expect to pay a lot of money for drinks, though you classy types will be pleased to see that they come on a fancy sliver tray, and you can get table service. It's an ideal place to show off how rich, cool and well–connected you are. Sitting next to Chris Moyles on the bus on the way into town doesn't count.
