Elephant Curry Cafe (closed)

One of the few places in town where you can get a late night curry at the weekend, and hence everyone in here is usually worse for wear after too much European fighting juice. The staff are friendly and very patient with their pissed–up punters, and if you tell them it's your birthday they'll even give you free liqueurs –like you'll really need another drink –which isn't such a bad idea as the food isn't very good. There are lots of better Indian restaurants around; nonetheless, if you're stuck in town titted and twatted, and you fancy a ruby, then it's all aboard the Elephant.. "Oi, oi!"
