Primark
This bloated retail monstrosity now dwarfs the rest of the Headrow with its 'convenience' clothing allowing the under-12s to buy about 15 tops a week with their quid pocket money. Fair play to Primark - with its democratic pricing, it's great for basics. However, for the right to buy your cheap-as-chips jeans, you're forced to rummage through near jumble-sale conditions, and wait long enough to grow some prize-winning facial hair as you queue for the changing rooms, and then the tills... At least that gives you time to observe and wonder about those interesting fellows who appear to be attempting to pinch a pair of knickers that are already only 50p.
