Cute as a button and helping to ensure that you can still do yours up, this place serves intensely healthy vegetarian grub that doesn't taste like it might have been recycled from the insides of bog rolls with a sprinkling of Trill. Gone are the days of the carnivores' mass sigh when their veggie mate wants to eat out; Roots & Fruits offer dishes that even meat-eaters can get excited about, and staff are friendly and welcoming to all, whether virtuously vegan or beefed-up and bloodthirsty. Don't be disappointed by the mumsy décor; the money saved on the refurb probably went on the ingredients.
