Dr Wu's
If you've gone out on Call Lane once too often and you're showing symptoms of pretentiousness overload, Dr Wu's can offer you a refreshingly down-to-earth cure. Hidden among some of the trendiest bars in town, this place somehow manages to maintain the feeling of walking into the chill-out room at a mate's house party. There is a definite feeling that people here are more bothered about providing good music than making the room look like a space station, and excellent shows by alternative live bands crank up the atmosphere. Special treatment indeed.
