North Bar

Anyone with any sense should point their compass North. Artistic but unpretentious, this bar prides itself on offering around 70 different beers at any one time. For the stomach-lining purposes, there's a straight-talking food menu: 'meat and bread' and 'cheese and bread' are both self-explanatory and tasty options. The bar itself is narrowboat in shape and deceptively roomy, but probably not the best place to swing a cat. You might be able to dangle one a bit, if you put your mind to it.
