What with the forthcoming wholesale redevelopment of the Eastgate area of Leeds and the competition provided from nearby Aagrah, Akbar's have needed to bring out their A-game. And just like the storyline of a smash-hit Bollywood blockbuster, that's exactly what they did. The opening scenes saw a refurbishment and extension of the restaurant, while the rest of the plot-line developed their love affair with both its high-standard of food and great prices. End the showdown with their famous nan bread tree, which certainly needs to be seen to be believed.
