Usually, when a restaurant is described as 'cosy' or 'intimate', it usually means that there isn't enough room to swing a cat. Rice is no exception. So you're probably better not bringing any cats, or if you really want to swing a feline then do it while you're eating in your own front room. Plus, that way you won't have to worry about stray elbows getting into your mouthwatering Nawabi Khana or your Shatkora Chicken. NB. No cats were injured in either the creation of the food or in the decoration of the restaurant.
